How Do I Take My Hemp Tincture?

Hemp tinctures work best when they are dropped right under the tongue (sublingually). This way, the cannabidiol enters your bloodstream quickly due to the blood vessels in the area. Alternatively, you can add the same amount to your coffee, tea, smoothie, or smooth food (think yogurts, hummus, guacamole, oatmeal).

Where should I start?

A single dropper full is an excellent place to start (or 5mg Hemp). Hold the liquid for 1-2 minutes before swallowing it. Once you've figured out how your Hemp tincture affects your body, you can use it up to twice a day. Amounts can be modified to match your body's reaction to the whole dropper.

Are you a little too relaxed after taking it? Reduce your dose by half and gradually increase it to the optimal level. You know your body best!

Take Hemp at any time, but ideally after a meal or with a healthy high-fat snack. This enables for up to five times the absorption in the body. This means quicker relief.

Is it working?

Because every woman's body reacts differently to Hemp, please allow up to three weeks of regular use to see the desired results. Your internal scale will be balancing, and it may take some time for you to find your perfect dose and for your hormonal receptors to respond.
